Ordering is very easy. Please be sure use a remanufactured HP 74A cartridge! The last cartridge I received from you was not a genuine 74A cartridge, and I continue to have problems removing or inserting it in my printer. . Hope you will advise when the order is shipped. It would be best if you could send it Friday so that I receive it on Tuesday or Wednesday, since Monday is a holiday in Ontario..

Your site is not very user friendly. No button to but one into their shopping cart when they have finished shopping. Also when I went to resume my order it would only kick me into my past purchases. Regards Pat George
