The website crashed once the anniversary sale started. Capacity management is an issue along with poor planning.

it is my first time shopping on this website, can not say if the experience is good until I receive what I bought

Easy to order, materials in stock, my address, etc., stored, along with my credit card. Who could ask for anything more? And the prices are great, and the delivery times fantastic!

A bit confused about what ultimately happened at Paypal as I had a credit balance there.

Would like Points Credit to apply when using PayPal Express ! I have to go manual to be able to enter the Points Credit.
