Hmm. You seem to be slipping. Not such a great deal as it used to be. I should just buy a new printer and then throw it out when the ink runs out. Out seems to be a key word.

I usually order from Amazon, with no glitches .... I have different addresses as I move around for work constantly .... first time my order was cancelled due to a discrepancy in cc address. I got an email from your company that you have cancelled it, but no refund showing on my cc bank statement. NOT happy about this! :(
