Très bon service, cependant j'ai eu un problème avec ma dernière commande. La poudre noire a abîmé l'imprimante qui est maintenant inutilisable. J'ai tenté de nettoyer, mais sans succès. Alors j'ai installé à nouveau mon imprimante à jets d'encre, d'ou ma commande d'aujourd'hui. J'espère3 seulement que cette fois-ci que cette encre de remplacement ne se répandra pas dans l'appareil.
