Francais est tres tres approximatif

Bonjour, J'ai voulu avoir de l'aide en direct et je n'ai pas pu avoir le service en français. On me répond en anglais que je peux seulement l'avoir entre 9 à 5 heures. C'est plutôt décevant. Je passe ma commande de Montréal et pourtant Montréal n'est pas une ville bilingue, mais francophone. Est-ce que vous savez qu'à Montréal vous êtes tenu d'offrir un service en français lorsqu'il vous est demandé? De plus, la personne en ligne se prénommait Nicole. À ma connaissance, Nicole est un prénom français. Si vous avez du personnel bilingue, il serait intéressant que votre système le soit également pour répondre en tout temps aux demandes en français. Mais encore, faut-il que votre service en français le soit dans un bon français, un français sans faute. Ce que je n'ai pas pu vérifier. J'espère que vous prendrez en considération mon insatisfaction. Merci! Francine Joly P.S. J'ajouterais, tout de même, pour avoir déjà commandé chez vous, que j'apprécie votre service de livraison rapide, la qualité de vos produits et la possibilité d'aller chercher notre commande dans une station de métro.

Always had great luck except my last order the ink will not work in my HP Laserjet CP2025, I even tried moving the computer chip from the old hp brand to the substitute but it still wouldn't work. In the Laser Jet Pro 200, that I just ordered the in for I can use the Subs as long as I switch the chip from the HP cartridge. Donnie
