I found it confusing, when I tried to order the "free" gift, 2 choices of ink came up, so I presses 1 & it added the price to my order. I could not see a place to undo that, so back spaced, clicked the free gift again & noticed tiny logo's for photo paper, or twist ties, so clicked on the ties (Are the S-points rewards new? I do not remember seeing them on my previous orders) but I think it did not take it because the order had gone. It has been a frustrating process. I convinced my friend Charles Whittaker try your ink quite a while ago but didn't know where to find my referral code & he needed the ink so I missed out. Now he is ready to order again & I still don't see any referral number, although I know it's needed on the first order. I tell other friends & need to know what the referral code is please.
