My last order of toner cartridges contained one defective cartridge. It smeared toner on each page, and left toner on the roller. I still have the cartridge, and I just noticed your policy of replacing defective products. Would you therefore be kind enough to send me 4 cartridges (the ones ordered plus one to replace the defective cartridge)

Pour la 4ième fois je vous demande de me répondre a savoir comment cela se fait que mon imprimante imprime rouge avec les premières cartouches et même avec l'originale noire c'a imprime encore plus rouge. C'est pourquoi je commande l'originale de couleur. Mais je suis toujours sans réponse de votre part. Y a t'il quelqu'un qui lis ces commentaires????
