My previous order of epson ink was a 4 pack. The black ink was only half full. I chatted with someone about it and was told to contact epson. I didn't buy the ink from epson, I bought it from you folks. Kinda pissed me off. I'm going to try this order and will decide if I wil continue ordering after that.

la semaine dernière je vous ai écris pour savoir comment procéder avec la cartouche de noir de mon imprimante canon pixma mg2525 car la couleur va bien mais la noir bug d'aplomb. C'a imprime rouge et si je remets la vieille c'est ok. alors je ne sais pas si vous prenez la peine de lire vos Mail??? Alors je commande une cartouche de noir afin de régler le problème mais les cartouches achetées précédemment sont moitié bonne. Pas fort le service.....
