Customer Reviews – Trusted 123Ink Experiences

My only negative experience was waiting so long for the return of my funds which makes the company appear to be withholding my finds.

Hi, Returning customer. Always great service and as easy as 1,2,3 to order. Thanks, Ken

I had to blind order the toner cartridge as I could not find my model of HP printer on 123Ink list. One should be able to contact the company to check before ordering, yet the Contact link doesn't include a phone number and the FAQ doesn't cover this question either. Just a suggestion.

Why does shipping go up when I apply coupon code 123INK25? A bit of a rip off. Still saving money but pretty cheesy raising the shipping when the coupon is applied. Might have to think twice next time.

How to redeem points? Don't see clik/listing unless it's buried under another title?
