The site, although pictorially nicely presented, is a bit jumpy. After selecting an item for the shopping cart and one tries to select another, the original presentation changes for automatic selectin of the next item presenting the a different line-up, which is confusing. also selected items are not presented in alphanumeric sequence, i.e., the cartridges I selected to buy TO54020, TO54120, TO542 ... etc. the whole series of 8 cartridges, were presented in random order and it's easy to lose track of what one has ordered. I ended up with 2 or 3 units for some cartridges and none for some others. It's easy enough to delete the extra quantities. but then to go back select the missing ones it gets messy to go back to order the rest. That is you have to go back and enter the printer type and model and you better have written down the missing ones the site doesn't keep track of it until you get back the checkout point. For any missing stuff you got go through the whole search and buy routine again. Make it easier, present stuff in alphanumeric order. Introduce a selection summary point in the product presentation window without this popup telling you what other people have also selected. A buyer wants to know what he or she has selected at this point and in alphanumerical sequence if you please.
