Customer Reviews – Trusted 123Ink Experiences

Ordered before. Happy with delivery time. Cartridge worked right away, which for an old fart with no computer hardware skills (or software for that matter), is just right!!

Good choices, good explanations of cables.

Lois O, Ontario, January 01, 2018

I was however under the impression that $50+ orders included free shipping: what happened?

Stephen C, Quebec, January 01, 2018

I noticed that my name was misspelled on my masterCard as it showed uo on this order.......however my name is spelled correctly on the card itself........

After clicking on your site I was offered a 5% discount if I entered my email but I never got the discount.

Clement V, Quebec, January 01, 2018

New customer. So far, so good. Have not used the product yet.

Rich T, British Columbia, January 01, 2018

none of the coupon worked. it appears that shipping over 50 $ is free but it applied only to one item cost and not the total cost. Also first time buyer free shipping coupon did not work as it applied only to non sale price items.

This is a re-order for us! Worked awesome the first time around. Hoping the same this time around. Also noticed you sell more than just ink on this site. Very cool. thanks

I have just cancelled one order 34394484 and placed another order 34394491 due to an address shipping change, I hope my cancellation request went through so that I won't be charged twice.

Michael B, Ontario, December 31, 2017

Easy to get lost between sites and not easy to change order qty on mobile device. Would also be nice to see value in cart without going to checkout.

Paul L, Ontario, December 31, 2017

Love your products, love the savings. I've been using your ink and toner cartridges for years and never had a problem. Extremely satisfied.
