First time I have EVER had a problem with your website. I tried to order ink cartridges as a Xmas gift and have them shipped to a different address than mine. After 6 tries where the billing information had to be changed back to mine (it defaulted to the added shipping address of my son-in-law) and the screen then froze, I tried reducing the size of the font from 100% to 75% and only then was I able to scroll below and click on SAVE and proceed. Just thought you would want to know. Every other time I have used your website I have given my experience rating as 5. Sincerely, Linda Melady
