Just installed a 74XL a few weeks ago, printer now says won' recognize the cartridge. I installed a previous empty 74XL and printer recognized it although it is out of ink. Something wrong here.

I have ordered from you for a very long time, and always been happy. In fact I just ordered a new printer and ink today. But the last order of the expensive generic ink I ordered has been a pain in the butt. I have to clean my heads after every 25 pages, plus it keeps giving me an error message that the ink is empty, when I just put in a new cartridge. I was going to send them all back, but it is much too messy.
