It is an excellent website. Easy to use searches of whatever product (in my case a printer and a label maker) to show all available items that fit them. This is my second time ordering from this company. The first time was seamless and an excellent product received (toner cartridge) and I am sure the items ordered today will be first class as well. Prices, of course, are excellent as well.

I got problem with cartridges from order # 34023933 my printer indicate that they are empty (black) or almost empty ( Y,M,C ) On 10-31-2017 I call you and ask for replacement. You sent me no replacement but return label. How I can do that when my cartridges are in printer? As you can see I have to order new set of cartridges. It not makes me happy.
