Quelques cartouches ne fonctionnent pas malgré qu'elles soient compatibles avec l'imprimante: LC 107 noire n'est pas reconnue par Brother MFC-J4510DW de même que LC 105 couleurs. Le préposé à qui j'ai parlé ne semblait pas informé des choses à faire pour faire accepter les cartouches. J'aurais aimé qu'il me suggère de les remplacer gratiutement. Je suis pris avec!
