On my last order, the black ink worked perfectly but the color cartridge was empty, but since I bought it months ago and used it only 2 weeks ago, there was nothing I could do. It would be appreciated if both cartridge would be filled as advertized this time. Thank you.

Bonjour, Aujourd'hui, le 4 septembre, j'ai voulu vous parler a propos d'un problème que j'ai eu avec une cartouche laser que j'ai installée sur une imprimante. Je vous ai téléphoné et à tout coup la ligne se fermait. Je vais réessayer de vous téléphoné demain. Peut-être que vous étiez fermé pour la fête du travail. Ladite cartouche d'encre Je l'ai commandé il y a quelque temps. Après l'avoir installé, les copies qu'il me restait à faire s'imprimaient avec des lignes noires. J'ai pensé que mon imprimante faisait défaut mais quand J'ai installé une nouvelle cartouche d'encre et sur les nouvelles copies les lignes n'apparaissaient plus. Est-ce que la cartouche a un problème? et Que puis-je faire.? Mon nom est Nicole Brodeur et mon numéro de téléphone est 450 *** ****. Merci pour l'attention que vous porterez à cette demande.
