I've ordered 123 ink a few times to the same name / address / email etc but cant remember what my password is and there is no option to have them e-mail it to me so I cant "combine my account" The fact I'm the same person with the same address and e-mail should qualify without having to remember some obscure password I use every 6 months or so?

You need to make it clear that choosing a Metro station is only possible after proceeding to pay, and in Paypal's case, only after you sign-in. I spent a lot of time trying to figure out how to choose the station. Logging in, logging out. Your Montreal customers should be able to choose the Metro Station INSIDE THE CART before proceeding to pay. This would be less confusing and frustrating. Thank you
