ordered a toner cartridge 5 yrs ago, never opened pkg until this year. cartridge is defective. contacted 123 to advise and was told they wouldn't do anything to make it right. I understand it was past the warranty period but this was unopened in the box. I wasn't looking for a full refund or free replacement just a token of goodwill for being a long standing loyal customer who has never had a problem before. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!

My last experience was not very good when I bought a toner cartridge ( moustache ) for my Samsung SCX4600. As of a matter of fact, on the left side of every printing page , there is a black line of ink that appears.
