Customer Reviews – Trusted 123Ink Experiences

I love ordering my ink cartridges from you. They are exactly what I see on the screen. No hassles. They arrive promptly as indicated. I have always had a wonderful experience with your company.

Your shopping cart does not work very well. I always have to go around in circles clicking "Add to cart" and going to checkout and it tells me there is nothing in my cart. Eventually it shows up in my cart, usually multiple quantities. This is not just this time, every time the last several times I have ordered. I really would like to know what is wrong or have you fix your website.

I am pleased with your service and should have ordered both ink cartridge types at the same time as previous order. My mistake. Delivery and product are excellent. Regards.

I actually tried to buy ink from HP. ...more painful than going to the dentist. My husband suggested your company. He had recently made a purchase from you and was well satisfied, Good enough for me.. Your site is actually intelligent, clear , well defined, not arbitrarily confusing with too much info. Thank you. Looking forward to receiving your ink.
