Initially selected the cheaper SXC4200 cartridge a few days ago, and placed in the shopping cart. And surprise surprise two days later it is not available, HOWEVER, the more expensive one is. Coincident, maybe, but also not likely.

when I called your 1 866 *** **** number for assistance in trying to figure out how to add the USB to my order from your www.primecables.com, the gal thought it was funny and made me feel like I was stupid. I swore at her and hung up. As you can see I did figure out how to do it on my own intelligence. All she had to do was walk me thru it. Big laugh for her. I have never called the number before and never will likely do it again.

I normally shop online and compare all the prices and there are 3 main reasons I keep coming back: #1 The prices are almost always lower or equal to the competition #2 I don't have to pay for shipping... #3 In store credit, almost every other site/company does not have the in-store credit. So I would say you guys are doing really good.
