Customer Reviews – Trusted 123Ink Experiences

I tried to apply my store credit to the order but it doesn't update...

Patrick B, Ontario, March 23, 2017

I have had to order these ink cartridges as the last one seems to be faulty. I can NOT get any PINK at all. I have have used the utility function on the computer and cleaned/unclogged everything. All colours in the cartridge work, but there is NO pink! THEN, to make matters worse, I waited 15 minutes on the phone with customer service, and then it HUNG UP on me. Not good customer service. So, I am a longtime customer, but not happy right now.

Service rapide. Merci

I had a credit of a little over $1.00 that I applied towards this purchase, but it does not show that it has been used to deduct from the total purchase. What happens now? Will it appear AFTER the purchase, or will it be credited back to my account? Thank you. Jack

The reason I always deal with you is because of the excellent prices and especially your excellent service. I am glad a friend of mine recommended your site several years ago. A very, very satisfied customer.
