First time I've used this service and am very impressed! I did have one question in the process - the photo of the pens I ordered showed 'medium point' on the box, but I wanted 'fine point'. I was able to get an answer back from one of your personnel quite quickly, indicating that the photo was incorrect. This helped me finalize my order.
