In less than 2 years, there was a sharp increase on the price of ink cartridges I usually purchase from $54+ (including taxes) to $68+. I am disappointed as I cannot even apply the coupon code obtained from Customer Service because of your current restrictions on OEMs.

What is the process I have to take to make sure that when I order online that my order gets processed and is ready to pick up at the pickup desk when I get there?
