Customer Reviews – Trusted 123Ink Experiences

Best place to buy office stuff.

Guillaume A, Quebec, February 14, 2017

Generally you service is excellent, today phone not answered, chat system not manned, no reply to my question. Wanted to know if I could use LOVE14 and LOVEFS on this order. System charged me for shipping, not sure this is correct. Lesson in how to turn a positive into an negative.

Find your website a little frustrating. Too many products makes it more difficult to navigate. BUT, if I needed to utilize it more often that would help my frustration.

Greg C, Manitoba, February 13, 2017

Daniel C, Quebec, February 13, 2017

I cannot use cart on Safari. Does not seem to work. Worked on Chrome. Also, very disappointed you don't have generic compatible cartridges for my printer. My old printer I got them all the time from you and was a huge savings.

Sara G, Saskatchewan, February 13, 2017

At first I found the display a bit confusing, because I wan't the full set of cartridges but did not see black displayed. I eventually was able to find and order the full set. Thanks
