My only complaint is with shipping through Canada Post. I have had items stolen by the person delivering parcels for Canada Post. They have even signed for me and said I signed. (It was definitely not my signature.) They should be advised to leave things between the door and to use the doorbell. My office is on the other side of the house and they are not ringing the doorbell or I would hear it. Otherwise your service is excellent. (I would be willing to pay to ship via Purolator.)
