I am a new customer and had some questions about the product I was planning to buy (HP OfficeJet 6500 ink cartridges). There were several options with different prices and no explanation as to why similar products cost over 2x more than the other so I went on live chat to get the answer which was sooo slow I phoned. The response I got over the phone was that the expensive one was better quality so I ordered that. After I got off the phone the "live chat" person finally responded but his/her answer had nothing to do with quality or size, it was because they came from different manufacturers and it was simply personal choice so I ordered the cheap one. I still don't understand why anyone would pay over twice as much for the same thing.

The system indicated that I had a credit of $2.56 or so and asked if I wanted it applied, to which I answere YES. It does not show on total cost of this bill. Where did it go?
