Very easy.

Robert M, British Columbia, January 21, 2017

Checkout is confusing. Metro pickup confirmed. On the next page shipping charges are applied. On the next page shipping is shown without charge for Metro pickup. Need to be clearer from the first page that when Metro pickup is chosen there won't be a delivery charge.

Great job on the website. Fluid e-commerce experience. Notably, finding the right toner for my printer was super easy with the printer finder forms and the actual printer picture at the end. Also, great prices!
