Not happy because you sell the OEM Combo pack $0.01 more than if we buy individually each cartridge (Black and color). Does not make any sense and I have already reported this problem and nothing has been done.

The "REFER FRIENDS" is ok, but what if as in my case, I was refered by a friend and this is my first order and I am already getting free shipping. So am I still entitled to get 3,000 S-Points per friend.

Very nice website and prices are very competitive I actually was looking for ETHERNET cable and clips for it on amazon.ca and then saw your name so thought to check out the website. It took me a LONG time to place a fairly simple order. Many of the icons are not very obvious, so navigating takes a long time. Prices were a little inconsistent and so it took a while to calculate the best deal. It would not allow me the holiday coupon, even though I received an email for it. (Later it told me it is for new customers only.) Also, when I tried to apply my credit, it would not apply it, and so I had to call in, and they told me to refresh the browser. I did so, this worked, but then erased all my credit card info that I had already typed in. So the website looks great, but could use a few tweaks! And more coupons please that apply to your clients!
