Nice sites, easy to use, the integrated cart is interesting but the search capability isn't universal across all of them so you have to go site to site for specifics, but otherwise nice for my first visit and purchase!

On Order #: 33775017 - I was shipped a defective bulb RO-Par20-7W --- the bulb is burnt out. I paid 19.99 for 2 bulbs - No sense in me asking for a return order for one bulb.......it would cost me half of its worth for shipping. Just to let you know, when you give suggestions of what else to purchase, i.e. label maker, + ribbon+ ribbons and you select add to cart, it shows it is processing but it does not add to cart. It is in a frozen mode. Thought you would like to know.

Rabais TRES MAL annoncés. Par exemple,je n'ai pas réussi a obtenir les 20% de rabais sur les deux ensembles différents de cartouches de toner ( MLT-D103L et MLT-D105L). On reste sur notre faim et on a l'impression de s'être fait avoir... Ça peut faire pour une fois, mais pas deux car ça encourage a aller voir ailleurs. Je dois toutefois ajouter que j'ai eu de bonnes expériences avec vous,entre autres pour l'achat d'un support de télé mural (60 pouces). Pas de tataouinages, tout était là, avec instructions et vidéo de montage... Bonne journée! R. St-Pierre
