Generally speaking, my experience has been very good... however, the last order for ink cartridges I made contained a dud... I tried re-installing, removing & shaking, cleaning the head with alcohol swab... nothing worked. Each time I did any of those things the printer went through the whole alignment process again.... a total pain in the, you know. I know I should have kept the defective cartridge and sent it to you, but I threw it away through frustration. I've not had that problem before, and will continue to use both your ink cartridge and electronic cables services. Despite that one glitch, I still like your services.
