The process of no-shipping, pickup at depot is awkward. Phoned Shoppers+ Montreal and got great support from the polite lady who helped me out. On my way to 52e av to pick it up. BUT: Would be much easier if there was a ship option "Hold for Pickup" No credit-shipping-cost, no phone to explain, etc. Thanks, ShopperPlus! D. Archer, Lachine QC.

I am not great with computers, so when a site is easy to navigate, it makes my life easier. I have no problem getting through the ordering process each time, and the products work perfectly in my printer every time except once. On that occasion, I called, and with no hassle at all, I was sent a replacement that I received within a few days
