Impossible de contacter quelqu'un du service à la clientèle. Depuis hier, j'ai essayé avec le chat et les courriel, étant donné votre avis concernant les appels téléphoniques trop élevés. Mais je n'ai obtenu aucun résultat. Je voulais ajouter une cartouche Brother LC65M à notre dernière commande d'hier pour un toner Brother TN660. J'ai dû payer les frais de transport une seconde fois pour une facture de 3.20$... Vous ne devriez pas suggérer aux clients de vous contacter par chat ou courriel si vous n'offrez pas le service le weekend. Une simple notre expliquant que le service téléphonique est hors d 'usage serait mieux. Ce serait plus honnête pour les clients s'ils savaient à l'avance qu'ils ne pourront pas rejoindre quelqu'un.
