I have been buying ink for years from 123ink and have had great experiences each time. I have bought from Prime cables and same great service. We just signed up for reseller program so I am hoping to do more business. I'm not sure if the prices for this order have been updated to reseller pricing though.

In my last order I received ink cartridges ***@ #NE-T1251 BK, ***@ #NE-T1253 M, ***@ #NE-T1254 Y, and ***@ #NE-T1252 C which do not fit my printer I have an Epson Work Force 3540, and I believe the numbers should all start 127. I accidentally through one 1 bk. cartridge and I opened 2 blue cartridges before I figured it out. I thought I was doing something wrong or I just received a defective cartridge. Will you please replace all 8 Cartridges? Thank you. Lois 250 *** ****
