only one question: you advertised by e-mail a special in ink. For purchase over 100.00. I made my order over 100.00 and when I try to have my reduction it does not work and the code was 123ink30 . Why do you advertised it if you don't give it. I am a regular customer since a long time and I was always satisfied in the past, but now, not sure.
