Much better checkout page(s). Still confusing with paypal given you have to select a "shipping" address there even though I already told you I wanted to pick it up from the post office. Actually, yeah, I even had to choose a shipping address other than the post office pickup before I got to that step too. Why are there 3 (+1 billing) addresses all being asked for? Please feel free to (try to) contact me further. Oh, and the character limit for this text-box is broken, it doesn't update with the current amount written, so I don't even know how much of this you'll get.

I've been shopping with you for several years (mostly happy). I recently had 2 cartridges that jammed (loud grinding noise) and had to be replaced. Unfortunately 2 years ago I had the same issue and replaced my printer thinking that was the problem. I had 7 cartridges for that printer that I also had to throw away.
