Customer Reviews – Trusted 123Ink Experiences

I could not place an order promptly. The program kept jumping all over the place. I almost gave up and said to heck with it. This is extremely frustrating. I don't know if the frustration is worth the money I saved.

I some how ordered a black cartridge when I meant to get a colour one. Oh well, I can use it eventually, but maybe you could highlight the color just before you finalize the order. This one is my fault so I'm still happy with you guys.

The one problem I had with a toner cartridge was handled quickly, courteously and professionally. Orders always arrive earlier than I expected. Best place to buy printer supplies.
