I have been using your site for a number of years now, but have only used the credit rewards program today for the first time. I recall seeing credit reward amounts of various amounts, then on a following order, I would be back to $0.00. Since I have never used these rewards, am I to assume they expire if not applied in a set time frame? Please confirm
