Don't like the fact that you had my credit card numbers stored in this website since I placed my last order....I believe almost a year ago. Do not save them. Next order I place if they are still stored in your system.....I WILL NOT BE USING YOUR COMPANY ANYMORE!!!!! I have had my numbers stolen before....and it is because of companies like you that keep them on file.....WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. #1...NOT GOOD!!!!!

Hello, I have 2 problems: 1 - When I checked out I applied the following coupon: PrimeCables20 Your system deducted $20. Then when I did the final check-out your system added the $20 again. Please refund me the $20 as per your coupon deal. 2 - Also, my last order (feel free to check it on your files): I ordered a long iPhone cable. It died in one week. It does not work at all. I did not bend it or do anything other than leave it in the wall. This is NOT right. It was a dud / bad cable. As a loyal customer I would truly appreciate it if you could throw in one of the iPhone cables on my order for free.
