easy, fast, good quality

I find that your service and quality have improved quite a lot in the last six (6) months. This is appreciated. Product quality is exceptional. This week we are experiencing problems with Q6471AR cartridge after using 2/3 great quality. It seems that we are lacking toner in the left 25% of printout? Hence we are placing a new order to replace this toner cartridge, hoping that we will get back to 100% printout quaity.
