To be honest, my problem is not with the ordering system so much as it is with the quality of the product. This is a repeat order of the same cartridges that I ordered last year, and I hope that I have better luck with them. The previous cartridges tended to skip and smear right out the gate, but I was pressed for time and didn't want to spend the time to return them. I have to place this order now because your cartridges are now suddenly causing a "cartridges not recognised" error from the printer. There's still at least a third of the ink left in each one. Let's hope I have better results this time, as I can't currently budget for the OEM Epson products.
