I really like dealing with this company. Great prices, really good shipping, great notifications of the transaction and the status of the order as it progresses. They even give bonus bucks (kind of like Canadian Tire money). I've placed many orders with this company now, including a couple of printers, lots of ink cartridges, some cables. Never had any issues.

I could not discover how to reorder from your screen. I saw the previous order but could not see how to repeat it and make minor changes. I waited 10 minutes or more on my phone call so then decided to order like I have in the past. Not great to offer the reorder and then make it difficult!

I had great difficulty getting the credit card CVD number accepted. I probably tried ten times before it was accepted. Wonder what went wrong? Other than that everything was fine. Now I will see how long it takes to receive the order. Good price.
