I called in to enquire about your company and the particular product I was wanting to order. The Customer Service rep that I got, I am sorry to say, was completely useless. She was not able or wanting to answer my specific questions about original product and compatible product. I was wanting some guidance about problems with compatible product and all she offered was that problems do arise and there are ways to deal with them - but she couldn't elaborate. When I asked to speak to another rep she told me that she was the customer service person and could answer my questions. She never did, nor would she give me her name. Poor representation of your company. However, I did place an order - my first - on the word of other customers and your prices, so am trusting that it represents the start of a good business relationship. Have a great day!

The last time I ordered these cartridges - I used your G & G brand - I was sent the wrong size. This time I ordered the original HP brand. I have never had a problem with your brand before, but when I opened my last order, the print cartridge - although way too large to fit my printer, was labelled incorrectly. And of course I was in the midst of printing off some important paperwork and had to run out to find the correct one cartridge at a local business. I am sincerely hoping that this time, I am sent the correct cartridge.
