Ordering on-line is much easier than calling in. Your people on the phone can not speak English very well and the phones are very fuzzy, can not hear.

My last order on 12/26/2015 Order #: 33417491 I ordered 2 Brother LC75BK New Compatible Black Ink Cartridge (High Yield Version of Brother LC71BK) - G&G™ but instead received incompatible cartridges. There is a picture of an eagle on the front and a bar code of 1910007103767. It did not work in my Brother MFC-J835DW printer. Could I please have a credit for that order?

Dennis W, Ontario, April 06, 2016
