ordered cartridge... went to checkout...wanted me to login...wouldn't accept my password (has always been the same)...got a password re-set....logged in....my order was gone...had to go through whole process of finding cartridge and FINALLY got order placed.

The reordering part of getting my ink cartridges was relatively easy. However, the confirmation email came as 6 pages, 1.5 English, i.5 French and 3 pages of junk. And on my Canon MB2020 printer the only way I could get the $ amounts to print was in landscape otherwise they were cut off down the right side. Ian
