Easy shopping and good prices. However, a few reviews indicate that cartridge low is shown even when a new cartridge is loaded. Hope this is not a common occurrence. Will know the quality soon.

Tried to add stuff to the card but it did not go in and no visible error messages. Hidden elsewhere it said I needed to log in or create an account. Almost went elsewhere

All has been good with the company. One complaint: I bought C&G 60XL black 4 months ago, and started using it just a couple of days ago, it worked fine for 3 days, then ran out. Why so soon? Could it have dried out during the 3-4 month wait? Please let me know, so I don't buy ink too far ahead of its time. Thank you, Chris Bosy

I have been buying ink cartridges from you for many years and have been very happy. I just bought a new printer HP Officejet 6815, the cartridges I ordered from to the new printer is giving me problem just after 3 weeks the printer is telling me that there is a problem with the magenta and yellow, I have tried to clean but cane get them to work. I have reordered to see if I have better luck, if not I will have to try different company Arne Bjurling

i like ordering from this site i12 ink cartridges because they identify the copieréprinter you want to order the cartridge for. this makes it a lot easier than remembering the cartridge number. plus the cartridges are very good.
