My experience was smooth overall. My email is registered, but when I tried to log in the password was not recognized. Therefore, I clicked on forgot password with my email, but I was never directed to change it. Therefore, I processed my last order as a guest.

Les commandes arrivent rapidemment. Et, il m'est déjà arrivé de faire une mise à jour sur mon imprimante et que mes cartouches nouvellements commandées ne fonctionnaient plus et un agent a pris le temps de me parler pour trouver celles qui me fallaient et échanger celles qui ne fonctionnaiemt plus. Trop contente la madame.
