I am trying to add an item to my just placed order. The "Order Placed" screen says, "Need to make a change? No Problem!" There is a problem! There are 24H live chat and phone options. First I tried the Live Chat, after waiting 4 -5 minutes with no response, it gave me an email option; then I tried phoning, after going through your voice mail system (english or french, etc.). and waiting through several messages, it hung up on me. FYI- I am having trouble with colour printing from a previous order. It was my first order and was the economy HP88XL package. Black is working fine, great price. It may be your cartridge is not working or incompatible or may be my print heads. Working on solution.
