Applying coupons and credit is still confusing. Discount items e.g For C9720 series toner. When I try to order full set, the system says you are out of stock. However, I find I can order the individual items. So they really are in-stock. You need to improve this process for better customer satisfaction. Perhaps you can give me a credit for the extra cost of ordering individually?? Thanks for considering this. A.
