Online ordering is extremely seamless. Absolutely love it! However, your Live Chat option could use some improvement. I've only tried using the Live Chat on two separate occasions and both times I never received a response. It's very frustrating.

Usually, it's fantastic, but this time, had trouble applying a discount code provided me by the Metro pick-up counter after last purchase. Through the PrimeCable site, there doesn't seem to be a place to enter the code. Maybe I just didn't see it. Had to work around by going through 123Cartridges site.
