I ws frustrated that the on line ordering would not work for me. The support team was great and fixed the problem for me. I would rate the system as a 3 because I have had trouble with it before. I would rate support as a 5

I tried checking out using my credit rewards money and it would not let me do it for the full amount. after 3 tries I finally put it for part of the order and it accepted it. I tried twice to use the chat line and it timed out leaving me with another window that took some info but I'm not convinced it went any ware. Maybe just looked like it did to pacify me

the issue I had is I wanted to order a remote from prime cables which was on sale and add the ink to the same order I could not, that means I would have had to pay shipping twice that would not be cool so I ended up not ordering any item's

There are problems with PayPal ordering buttons when choosing payment methods as well as after signing up to PayPal I was returned to 123ink because some error said that shipping is to Canadian addresses and I have Canadian address. I was forced go twice with this ordering.
